The full committee met this afternoon. The Union revised proposals to improve wage schedules for various job titles, overtime provisions, and differential pay. The Union countered the Company’s benefit proposal. The Union also rejected the Company’s latest wage proposal.
The parties discussed clarification on 3 MOA’s. The Company countered the Union’s revision to death in the family, overnight meals, and allotment for Union time. The Company rejected the Union’s revision to classification of employees.
The Company and Union signed a tentative agreement on changes to job titles.
The Bargaining committee will continue to work hard before contract expiration Saturday midnight.
