Today the CWA Bargaining Committee presented a bargaining demand to change the Commission Plan regarding chargebacks. The Union presented to the Company revised proposals involving Union Activities and a Successorship Clause.
The Company presented bargaining proposals on Article 22 - Vacations, Article 17 - Union/Company Relationship, Article 23 Holidays and the deletion from the contract of Article 8 - Mediation.
The two Committees will meet again tomorrow, February 7, 2012.

There were no formal meetings between the Committees today. Your CWA Bargaining Committee continued to review data provided by the Company to prepare further bargaining proposals to present to the Company.
The Company informed our Committee that they intend to address absenteeism during these negotiations. Our Committee reviewed data provided by the Company regarding days missed at work for all job classifications during the last four years.
The Union Committee has presented a bargaining demand to the Company regarding negotiating the Medical Benefits into this Regional Agreement. We are analyzing the Plan to present specific demands to the Company on Benefits.
The Contract expires at Midnight on Friday, February 24, 2012. Begin your Monday morning by letting your Manager hear that you deserve a good contract.

There were no formal meetings between the two Committees today. Your CWA Bargaining Committee worked on amended contract proposals to present to the Company Committee. The Union Committee continued to study and analyze data provided by the Company regarding pensions and the Sales Commission plan.

The CWA Bargaining Committee met with the company today. The Company provided our Committee with a subject matter expert who presented an explanation of the Retail Sales Consultant commission plan. The Union Committee requested data regarding the commission plan. Our Committee continues to analyze the commission plan so that we can present additional bargaining demands.
Our Bargaining Committee appreciates all of the CWA Members that are participating in Mobilization. We have been receiving your emails, looking at the participation on the website and social media networks. All of us thank you for your efforts and your support as we negotiate with the Company. AT&T Ranks No. 1 in Customer Service Survey
DALLAS, Feb. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second consecutive quarter, AT&T* ranks highest in customer service satisfaction according to the National Customer Service Survey (NCSS) by Vocalabs. Vocalabs' research shows that in the fourth quarter of 2011, 69 percent of AT&T customers surveyed were "Very Satisfied" with their customer service calls. Similarly, AT&T customers also reported the highest level of satisfaction with the company's customer service representatives and the automated part of the customer service call.
